Concrete jumpers in Odessa have been used for a long time in any construction, where there is a need to strengthen any opening (door, window, or other), because these places are usually a weak link in any structure. Most often they need to strengthen them in case of seismic activity (earthquakes), or in order to avoid the occurrence of excessive load.
For the manufacture of concrete jumpers, heavy concrete, brands M250 are most often used. For reinforcement, either hot -rolled steel, or thermally processed reinforcement of various thicknesses, which is laid longitudinally or transversely.
If you want to increase the margin of strength, or to strengthen the weaknesses of the structure in your opinion, then the jumper is the most reliable way to do it. In addition to its direct purpose, they can also be used in the construction of the fence, or other structures.
Types of jumpers and their dimensions:
– Bruska jumpers (PB), their width reaches 250 millimeters;
– Lands of slab (PP), their width starts from 250 millimeters;
– Jumper jams are used to adjoin or resting the floor slabs;
– Fasters are facade, they are included in the facade of the building, and their purpose is to cover the openings with quarters, the protruding part of the masonry of the opening is from 250 millimeters and/or more.
The cost of reinforced concrete jumpers differs from each other, depending on their size, forms and purpose. Also, the cost is also affected by what reinforcement was used in its manufacture.
Separately, I would like to say that if you are offered products much lower than the average market value, it is better to abandon such products, because poor -quality concrete can be used at the basis. In addition to low -quality raw materials, you can get to the people’s craftsman, who without knowledge of technology, or in the absence of expensive equipment, which is necessary for the manufacture of such products, makes it in artisanal conditions. In appearance, you cannot distinguish such a product from good, but there will be no durability and strength in it. And this, in turn, can lead to very sad consequences, because such a design will simply not be able to cope with those functions that will be entrusted to it. So be careful, and buy goods only from trusted, or at least certified manufacturers, because, as you know, the stingy pays twice, and then your safety is put at the stake, or the reputation of your construction company.
