Even in past centuries, women remained women and sought to change their image. For this, they not only changed their wardrobe in accordance with the fashion of those years, but also dyed their hair. But then in their arsenal there was still no assortment of the most diverse hair dyes that are now, and therefore many of them changed the color of their hair with henna – plant paint, which even now is popular with modern women. Unlike chemical hair dyes, henna, in addition to its dyeing action, also cares for hair during coloring, making them stronger and stronger. But, unfortunately, not all modern ladies know well how to dye his hair with henna, so it makes sense to tell about this in more detail.
To dye your hair with henna, first of all, you will need a container in which you will mix henna with water, a brush or sponge for applying a coloring composition to your hair, hand gloves and skin cream. The amount of henna directly depends on the density and length of your hair. When buying henna, be sure to pay attention to the date of its production – the fresher the henna, the better and faster it will color your curls.
For breeding henna, water is usually used, but there are also tricks here – if you want staining faster, add a little lemon or vinegar juice to the mixture. Those who are unpleasant for the smell of henna are recommended to add it not with water, but with green tea. To give the hair a reddish tint, add a little beetroot juice to the mixture. Well, if you like a brown hair shade more, then to get it when breeding powder with water, do not forget to add one teaspoon of ground coffee there.
As with hair dyeing with ordinary dye, immediately lubricate the skin around the hair growth zone with cream to avoid staining it.
Start applying a coloring composition of henna from the parietal part of the head. Then it is necessary to treat the paint of whiskey and the parietal area. After that, distribute henna through all the hair with a comb with rare teeth.
Regarding how much it is necessary to keep henna on the hair, there is no clear answer – it depends on the condition of your hair before dyeing and their original color. Remember that such paint acts faster in warmth, so if you decide to wrap your head with something warm, then you will need to check the color of your hair more often.
As soon as you reach the desired color, rinse the coloring composition with shampoo and then apply air conditioning to the hair.
Sometimes, especially if a woman dyes henna hair for the first time, the resulting hair color may not please her. But this can easily be fixed. So, a too bright shade of hair can be removed if you apply a little warm vegetable oil to the hair, let it absorb and then wash it off. This procedure can be done several times, until the desired shade is received.
Hairdressers do not recommend using hair -based hair dye often – it is advisable to dye her hair no more than once every two months. This is due to the fact that from too frequent use of henna, the hair loses its natural shine and becomes more severe and naughty.
Unfortunately, natural dyes do not always act on the hair predictably. Therefore, so as not to worry about the ugly color of your hair, do not be lazy, and before dyeing hair henna, check its effect on your hair on a small strand. This will not only help you avoid disappointment subsequently, but will also show the most optimal shift time for the henna specifically on your hair.
