Chemical components are an important component of any construction mixture. They are responsible for the role of the further use of the mixture. If you transfer the content of such components as a percentage, then there will be not many of them at all, about 5 %. Such a small amount of additives plays a significant role. As additives, substances such as dispersion powders are used, a soluble air of cellulose in water.
The list of various additives does not end in this. The composition of the dry construction mixture includes thickeners, dilutors, antipolitan additives, and additives forming steam, and certain substances, with which the period of hardening or decreases, the already finished solution increases or decreases.
It is worth noting that the production of such mixtures is quite simple. At the very beginning of the manufacture of a dry mixture, the filler is taken, by the way, the sand that must be dried, after calibration, and sorted. After, the astringent and filler are immersed in the GROE mixer (Gray). And only after that the adding important chemical components be added. The resulting mixture is well -caused and unloaded in order to pack it. After, ready -made dry construction mixtures fall into stores, where they have great demand among customers.
